      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order on Sunday and was told I would get a response within 24hours.&amp;nbsp; It's Wednesday and still no response..&amp;nbsp; As order not processed no details on My02..... Tried calling contact number and on hold for 45mins....&amp;nbsp; I am about to change from NEW customer to CANCELLED customer......&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
