    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi This months bill is far greater then the usual £13 and says data plan has been exceeded. I can’t access the actual bill as it keeps asking to send security code to a mobile number which isn’t to hand. Could the security code be sent via email address registered to this account&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And no, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5569903"&gt;@Patricia4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- the model of OTP 2FA used by O2 currently uses SMS only for sending out your pin to gain access to your MyO2.
