hi I want to start my £15 rolling plan today but it won’t let me how do I start it today?

Joining Rolling plans

If you're new to O2, you'll need to visit an O2 store or order online to get a free Rolling plan sim.
If you're already an O2 Pay As You Go customer you can switch to a Rolling plan, and keep your existing sim and phone number, by logging onto My O2.

If you're asking to start a new plan earlier than your renewal date, you need to call O2 on 4445 to request it.
