I migrated to 02 from Virgin last year , the signal for 4g and 5g on 02 has been poor compared to Virgin . No improvement for many months . Having looked on 02 forums , it was suggested as a fix to try and replace my existing Virgin sim with an 02 sim . To this end , I requested a replacement sim yesterday morning via the limited option of using faulty sim as rationale. By yesterday afternoon , the existing sim was turned off ? I am now incommunicado , any advice on how to turn my existing sim back on before I install the new one

This is one of the stupid things which happens when you request a new sim.

Always best to go instore with ID for a replacement sim.

It will be Royal Mail delivery so hopefully your sim will arrive tomorrow.
