      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently living outside the country and have not been able to get my new sim card delivered outside of the Uk. I would like to keep a UK phone number and would like to either change network provider for a lower monthly charge or move to a pay as you go or the lowest monthly plan available. Many thanks in advance for your help and best wishes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
