    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; - I'm a sole trader and have had a 02 business account for over 10 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My wife and children have O2 consumer accounts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We all have new (or new-ish) iPhones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Over the past couple of years I've noticed that if I'm in city area on a busy day (we live in Bath), I can't get a reception / make or receive calls / texts - while they can.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why is this&amp;nbsp; - and is there a solution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
