Amazon prime still being charged

HI Last month I cancelled the amazon prime which came for 3 months free when I renewed my contract. Checking my most recent bill from o2 im still being charged for May through June £8.99 for Prime - I checked amazon and I am no longer prime member have not been since it expired. o2 should not be charging me for this. Any ideas how I can fix this? Im out of the country at the moment so cant call CS

You can reach the Payment Management team on +44 800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can call for free using Skype

Or a free call from your O2 mobile

You need to cancel it yourself

You should also be able to do it on your Amazon account
