Good morning,

I have been charged an extra of £4.43. I am using my phone in Romania and was told by an O2 advisor I am entitled to 25gb of data as it is in Europe. Could you please explain why I am being charged please.

Is it possible you roamed onto a neighbouring country's network unintentionally? Moldova and Ukraine are not part of O2's EU roaming area https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad
