My understanding is that funds are set-aside or earmarked for your O2 purchase, but that O2 do not actually take your money unless your purchase goes ahead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If O2 decline your application for a contract, I believe that the funds will not be claimed by them and will automatically re-appear in your bank account - although the speed of this is down to your bank and can take up to fourteen days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
