      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to renew my rolling plan after it got cancelled due to my card expiring. However when I try to pay it won't accept either my lloyds card or my Halifax. Both of which are not blocked as I contacted my bank. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now and I really need to renew my plan. I have contacted o2 but not getting much help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
