Hello, I notice the month set charge has changed for me on the latest invoice circa £10.46 to £11.38 per month. Has there been a price increase on the pay monthly?

It's the annual price increase in April for all networks

Not just phones but April is a bad month with all commodities rising in price

Your O2 account is subject to the RPI plus 3.9% as explained here and as agreed when you took out the contract

There is a price increase every year from the beginning of April. It would have been outlined in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed
