      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with o2 for years and years. I recently bought a new phone through mobile phones direct but still with o2 and the numbers I’ve had for about 20 years. For some reason I now cannot access the o2 app and getting through in the phone isn’t an option right now as I have lost my voice: my phone number is *************&lt;/P&gt;
