      <title>Upgrade issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to complete my upgrade online at the final step as my basket either empty's itself or it loops me back a step. Also been to the o2 store four times already and they keep getting An Unexpected Error has occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had the same problem and found a fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
