      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another question. I have had switch up from the start but I last did one in January. I can see I have the option to switch up on my O2 account online. Does that mean I can go ahead or do I still need to wait until 90 days. It's so confusing. I don't want to place the order and then it be cancelled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope, as you have done it all online, so it needs to be completed via the online channels..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you wanted to do it in store, then the whole switch up process has to be done in store,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
