Hi, I would like to change my Sim Only plan as I am now eligible to upgrade. I can see that you have an offer for 32GB for £8 per month, please can you switch me to this.

No one on this customer to customer community can do anything to your account.

You can can do all this via myo2, and using the Upgrade option, if this is from uSwitch or Money Supermarket, then follow the links from them and upgrade via that method...

Is that through USwitch?

Just go on the USwitch site and press buy

You will be taken to O2 who will ask if you are an existing customer and if you want to Upgrade.

Did it myself last week

No need to talk to anyone
