      <description>&lt;P&gt;l have been in to my local shop now about five times to make complaint about being charged for 2 numbers that I&amp;nbsp; don't have the only number I have is (REMOVED) and have had this for 25 years&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All i get is yes this is wrong from a member of your staff !&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;THEY THEN SEND EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELL ME THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME THIS HAS NOW BEEN GOING ON 3 MONTHS !! with no reply's&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You are eligibly taking payment from my bank account /if someone would care to contact me and refund the stolen money I will have no need to contact my solicitor and go legal as this is a joke !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
