      <title>MyO2 says I have no products or services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't logged into MyO2 for a while, and wanted to check the billing history.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MyO2 recognises me, but says I have no products or services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am near the end of paying for a phone (monthly), and pay monthly for my O2 account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where have my records gone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
