I have 2 iPhones both brought through o2 and i am trying to get them unlocked, why is it taking so long to do this. The app says it has a pending unlock request but this has been for ages now.

It might be done so try different sims, if not, connect to iTunes to check.

Are you sure the phonrs are Locked

You wouldd expect to see thst message if the phones are already unlocked

O2 hsven't locked phones since 2017

Yes they are both locked, ive tried another sim in both and it says so.

Well i tried the manual form, twice and both times it failed after putting all the data in.
