HI i would like to change the bank account attached to my account. I would also like to change the account name to Laura Collier, not Richard Collier as my dad used to be in charge of my account

You can change the bank account but you won't be able to change the name of the account holder as credit checks were done at the point of signing up.

It would require you taking out an account in your name and then arranging to have the original number migrated across.
