    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I don’t know what to do. I’ve had an order which went to credit referral. The team approved it and the email says to login to my account. I have and it’s empty and no one’s is able to resolve this. &amp;nbsp;This is now the 6th time I’ve contact customer services either over the phone or on Facebook to resolve my contract issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one on the phone seems able to help. I’ve had 4 people on the phone hang up on me all at the same stage after taking my card details they then ‘have system issues’ place me on hold for a couple minutes then either come back to me to pass me on to someone or just hang up on me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can you help me complete my order. I’m a brand new customer and I’m really disappointed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now also have 2 order numbers and only want 1!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NC40958683&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NC42951526&lt;/P&gt;</description>
