      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know how to start the conversation, my sim contract is ending up in two weeks, I have more than three days trying to reach out any of agent, but it looks very impossible, like they are dealing with the war in Russia and Israel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How the hell can I speak with any of them for a new upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
