      <description>&lt;P&gt;Iv been trying to make extra payments on my device plan since Xmas but unable too as the screen just keeps saying processing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a 2 minute video to prove this too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid off a £500 lump sum back in middle of last year no problems, but just trying to make any additional payments now is a right balls ache!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And before anyone asks, yes my phone has latest update also the app is updated too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iv tried to contact O2 customer services but got cut off and then couldn’t be bothered to wait in the queue again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so my only option is O2 can fix the issue with the online/app system so I don’t have to talk to anyone like I didn’t have too mid last year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I use &lt;A href="http://accounts.o2.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;accounts.o2.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, but you could try &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you log in, click on the "My o2" in the top left (under the blue banner with o2 on it).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then choose "Device Plan", which is in the 3rd column under "Billing".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down and you come to a section called "Device Plan payments" and you can choose to either reduce the monthly payment or reduce the plan term and choose an amount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
