Is the network down? I have lost everything on my phone. No bars of signal, no 3G, 4G or 5G. Also when I log into my O2 its unable to tell me my data usage. Can't make any calls, or anything

Nope, not where I am..

Check the status of the network in your local area by going to https://status.o2.co.uk

It might also be worth calling o2 on 0344 809 0202 from another phone or call using Skype on +44 800 902 0217 ( ) and they can have a look at your account.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
