      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need a separate email and My O2 for the other account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Merging accounts is unavailable now for the foreseeable future&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar issue and this response makes sense, however history dictates that both phones that I own are set up on the same email and I can not access one because when I log in on My O2 it can only take me to one of my phones and I can not access the other. &amp;nbsp;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
