O2 are thiefs!!! For anyone that got the offer to get Samsung Buds 2 Pro for £1 will NEVER receive their code! O2 state after 30 days since purchase you will receive your code but i assure you, you WONT. O2 are rip offs and are luring people in to set up new contracts with this offer yet they NEVER give the code out. Its a SCAM!!! O2 are THIEVES! Watch how they remove this conversation because it doesnt suit their agenda. Absolute thief's!!

Sadly not. I have had many phone calls, and messages and emails with o2 and 5 months later still have no answer to where my code is.

Dave,

Please help as tour complaint procedure has failed O2!

I took out a new contract in July with the offer ofbfree buds.

I have spent numerous hours to customer service and have the message trail as evidence telling me there's a delay in getting codes out!

I've even complained and waited 8 weeks for nothing.

Ombudsman shouldn't be needed when you are giving them out fresh still.

I'm disgusted
