      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using a Nokia express music ( I think it's 5310). When I'm trying to divert calls it says "not allowed" when I'm checking status of divert it says "service is off".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone has told me that you need to disable WiFi calling to make call diverts work as nokia 5310 is not compatiblewith wifi calling. Is that true? If so how do you disable WiFi calling&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
