Hi,

I hope this message finds you well and happy.

I've been travelling here in South Africa for over a year now and don't use my phone at all. Only to connect to Whatsapp and social media when I have wifi. Is there any way I can reduce mhy monthly payments as I feel like I'm not really using my phone.

Your only option is to switch to PAYG.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
