      <title>Login sends verification code to a mobile I'm not using. How to set up different verification.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To get a 'good deal' on my last years Virgin Package I had to get an O2 mobile pay monthly sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was never going to use it as I already have a mobile and I didn't want it connected to my home package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the sim and paid 11.73 a month for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I never used it or registered it. I don't have a second phone to put it on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I want to cancel the plan. But when I try to sign in, it sends a verification to the phone of that sim, which ofcourse I can't access. So I can't sign in to cancel the plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I set up a different number or email for the code to go to please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is turning in to a nightmare - I'm paying for something I'm not even using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please - any ideas from anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
