      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been given a "Goodwill" credit of £50. They said that I could use it to pay for my monthly tariff or claim a cash refund. I would like to get the cash but there seems to be no way for me to claim it. Can you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
