      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have noticed on my credit report that i had a default account from O2 since January 2023.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was very shocked and disappointed by this since I cancelled my account within the 14 day grace period, and even cancelled my Virgin media account as well in the same day&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Virgin wasn’t able to provide the services therefore I cancelled both contracts immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and what makes this even more frustrating is that the amount was 33£ that ruined my credit score over a 12 month period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i get in touch with O2 about this? And fix this issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
