    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've left O2 and transferred my number to a different provider. I've also received my final 'device plan statement' which I need to pay to formally leave. However, O2 provide no way of actually paying it... they've texted me saying I can pay via 'MyO2' but when I log in there is no record / information regarding my account with them. They've deleted everything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know why they insist on making these processes so difficult. It's ridiculous. Does anyone have any idea how I can pay this settlement figure (preferably without having to call a call centre...)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
