Hi

So a confusing one...I basically owe 200ish pouns to o2 and I got a new phone contract too from o2.

I phoned up as I couldn't pay 200 all at once due to finances... so they basically said as well as my current bill I can pay 20 pound a month to get rid of the 200 bill. This sounded great so I said yes.

Few weeks later I was worried again so phoned back up, another lady basically explained they have stopped my airtime so I can't buy games etc from my phone. And that I owe 47 pound for the next 12 months... so I said 47 pound x 12 doesn't add up to 200...

She basically explained that this includes the phone line rental too.at the start of December I owed 218 pound. I paid 6 pound for my new phone and 47 pound for the old one... I now owe then 212 pound so its only went down 6 pound

Can someone please help? I hope this makes sense
