      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently taken out 2 mobile contracts, 1 for&amp;nbsp; me and 1 for my daughter. I can only see my daughters mobile details,bills,usage etc. Where is my mobile details? How do I view my usage, bills etc? I spoke to 02 and the advisor said she will raise it as a complaint.&amp;nbsp; Not heard anything and I don't want to be stuck on the phone for an hour and not get anywhere again.&amp;nbsp; How do I view my mobile account with 02. I need to see what is going on? Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At the moment O2 have informed us you can't have 2 phones on the same account, while Virgin accounts are integrated an everyone put on the new billing system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to set up a separate account using a different email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer Services should know that, but no surprise that they didn't&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
