      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, every time I try to pay with my card for the £10 rolling plan it is not accepted . However I have managed to use the same card to top up £10 in my account , could you kindly deduct this amount and enroll me into the £10 rolling plan thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
