Hi I can't login to account and forgot email its on. I was in an accident today and handset has been destroyed . I'm looking for a new sim with same number to put on new hand set. I'm also looking for details of old handset to claim insurance to thank you. Handset is with officers during accident investigation.

You need to remove your phone number from this PUBLIC as spammers and scammers will use it to scam you.

You wont be able to claim on any insurance policy if your phone has been confiscated by the police, as evidence.. As it is not lost or stolen or damaged, but check your insurance small print

Please tell me you weren't on your phone at the time of the accident?

Is that why the police are holding on to it?
