      <title>Removing bar from account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hell O2 Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am new customer and on a SIM only contract. I ordered a SIM card which never arrived so I contacted 02 and they put a bar on the account. I went to a store to get a new SIM and have been trying to unbar my account but can't get hold of O2. Can anyone please help? I need to use my phone please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
