Hi , when joining O2 can you get an esim from the get go , or do you have to order a physical sim and then move over to esim? Many thanks

I would go physical first then pop to an o2 store and pick up and esim pack and then do a sim swap to it..

Been burnt a few times going esim only...

Thanks for your reply , unfortunately I'm not near an O2 store, I thought the idea of esim it is all digital and can be up and running within a few minutes?

@myself123 Theoretically you're correct, but this is O2.
If you can, try to get to an O2 store. @madasaf1sh obviously has had experience with this, which is why you were given that advice.

If you search this forum for Esim, you will be able to read of a few issues that other Esim users have experienced on O2.
