      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t log in or see my bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i should have had 2 x £50 credits and I can’t see if that has been applied&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;every time I try and log in the app it says I am a new customer and have to wait 48 hours but this isn’t true I’ve had this account a long time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
