Why have I had a text saying that my Airtime Plan is £24.16 (not an amount I have ever paid) but when I log on to try to change it, it says £17.06. It makes no sense and it's too complicated.

That price will possibly not include VAT, @Singfield - if you are on the legacy billing system will show you what way your payment is divided.

vat on £17.06 is £3.41 so doesn't add up to £24.16 whichever way you image it.

The additional cost could be premium text messages, out of allowance charges or texts converting to mms.
