I have received a message a while ago explaining that I will receive a credit note. Now I've received confirmation of that credit note---- I just want to actually view it!! It won't let me

Never been able to view mine. But on the new system they appear as bills on MyO2 showing a negative ammount

Credits are usually shown on your account bill as a negative and taken off your next bill.

PS this could take a while to show up though

Thank you for your reply, I will wait to see if the negative amount will show on my bill, it hasn't yet
