      <title>Upgrade not arrived/no order confirmation?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last week I decided to upgrade my phone, ordered my upgrade through the app. Should have been delivered on the 21st September. After upgrading I received no confirmation email even though I’ve screenshotted the order for my own records. No order is showing on my O2 and if I go on to upgrade my phone it’s still showing the phone in my basket. If I try and check that basket out it gets so far but won’t let me complete the order?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the long post, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
