    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5322790"&gt;@SandEClements&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some things to try:&lt;BR /&gt;Manually search for another network&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the phone&lt;BR /&gt;Turn off 5g in network settings&lt;BR /&gt;If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"&lt;BR /&gt;If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may also be that you need 4g calling enabled on your account if the network you are using has switched off 3g.&lt;BR /&gt;If you message O2 on Facebook ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB&lt;/A&gt;) , Twitter ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;) or Instagram ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG&lt;/A&gt;) , they should be able to help you with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in Cyprus and have registered on the Cyta Vodaphone network. Depite having a signal, when I make a call to a UK number it just keeps telling my no network connection? I have tried my wifes phone also O2 and she has the same problem. we also have a seperate Cyta sim which works fine, but O2 doesn't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
