    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to do the O2 Switch Up in store yesterday morning to pre-order the new iPhone, all was going well until the final screen when it failed, this had happened to several other people - I tried another store and same issue, apparently an IT issue but ultimately meant I couldn't pre-order - does anyone know if this is resolved now? I think it was just affecting legacy accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
