Hi, how do I activate my sim card? I lost the first one, I got the new sim but how do I activate it?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If you lost the first one, there's probably still a bar on your account. Follow advice in @jonsie's post above, as O2 are the only people who can lift the bar.
