    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response, I only have Instagram and they haven't replied there either.&amp;nbsp; It's a bit mad that I have to use a Social Media platform to get their help as a paying customer and odd they have just slowly killed off webchat - which was always the most useful way of sorting issues when at work!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will continue to wait on 202..........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SM&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I am trying to get help with a contract/upgrade issue but when seeking help from O2 I have to use the virtual assistant - which is useless.&amp;nbsp; I have tried calling 202 but I am stuck in a queue.&amp;nbsp; I can't get help through chat as the Virtual Assistant kills this off before getting there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So why do O2 make it so hard to actually get help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't use the community for the assistance I need as it needs an O2 employee to actually assist me.&amp;nbsp; So come on O2, stop hiding and et on the front line and help your customers!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SM&lt;/P&gt;</description>
