Can you use COSMOTE in Kos, Greece

I'm in KOS, Greece.
As it borders with Turvey, network auto selected is VODAFONE TR, but will cost a bomb to make calls or texts.

Can I use any of the below networks for free in my inclusive plan for my UK mobile number (as I can manually select these in settings):

2G WIND GR
2G COSMOTE

I want to use calls and texts you see. Data I use WiFi I have at the hotel.

Both of those are OK

There is no 3G in Greece so unless you have 4G calling activated 2G is fine for calls
