New O2 sim from Uswitch

I have an existing 02 account, contract about to expire O2 SIM only deals are expensive. Ive found a much cheaper deal via Uswitch still with O2.

My question is, what is th eprocess to keep my existing o2 number? is it Request do i still need to get a PAC code from O2 and then with O2 to swap the number? or is there an easier way?

Just select the offer on uswitch which will take you to O2 to checkout.

Choose to upgrade your existing number and voila, all done.

Thanks i thinK the issue was their backend service being down as i wasnt being offered that yesterday.. Appreciate your help.

Were you able to get the upgrade done once the systems were back online @Nytram?
