    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I tried to switch my Pay as you go plan （£10 Big Bundle） to Rolling plan. But at payment stage, there was a payment error with the message "&lt;SPAN&gt;We couldn't take your payment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please check your card details and try again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you continue to get this issue, you may want to try using a different card.&lt;/SPAN&gt;" &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried different cards but same error again. Please solve the payment problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
