I want to disable the hotspot setting. I know we can switch it on or off. but I want to disable it permanently so that no one can turn it back on.

Any help is appreciated.

Would be easier to put a PIN lock on your phone to stop anyone accessing it.

Unless you use a MDM (Mobile Device Management) Service then this can not be done on any handset.

There are some freebie services, but not many.. Google is your friend..
