volt benefits with updating sim deal?

Hello,

Im currently with VM and o2 , so am getting VOLT benefits.

We are soon moving away from VM for broadband, but will be staying with o2.

When is the account checked if im a current o2 customer taking out a new sim only deal , to continue getting the VOLT benefits?

If you don't change anything with O2 you will retain the volt benefits. If you change your contract in anyway, you will lose them.
